Is there a free trial?
We do not currently offer a free trial. All plans are paid from day one, and you can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
Batan uses Lemon Squeezy for payments, which accepts all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and various regional payment methods. All transactions are secured by Stripe's infrastructure.
Do you handle sales tax?
Yes. Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record, which means all sales tax, VAT, and international compliance is handled automatically. You never have to worry about tax filings.
What is a 'store connection'?
A store connection is a link between Batan and one of your eCommerce stores (e.g., a Shopify store). Each connection allows Batan to import and monitor all products from that store.
